Argos South Ruislip Victoria Retail Park

Went to store on Bank holiday was quiet, immediately greeted by member of staff and assisted. They guided me to self ordering, placed my order, had my product in less than a few minutes. Ample parking at store. Great shopping experience.

Just want to say that Jordon was just so helpful !! Very polite and very kind to my elderly mother. He showed her respect and went above and beyond to help her. He is an absolute star....Argos should be proud of him !! Thank you so much !!

Floor Manager was incredible disrespectful. She lacked empathy, and was laughing in our faces when we needed assistance. Never had a bad Argos experience till now. I don't understand how she is employed at Argos let alone floor manager? Zero customer service, almost robotic and bitter. Disheartening.

So have used south Ruislip for always :) and have never had a problem, normally get served by an English lady named Julie , she is a lovely lady , can never do enough .... even when she has just came back off holiday and could of had the holiday blues, like Monday, she was still very accommodating, argos are very lucky to have such a warm , helpful cheerful young lady strongly recommend south Ruislip branch and if your lucky enough to be served by julie , make sure you say thank you . I ordered a hedge trimmer and hair trimmer and it all worked out perfect. Wouldn't normally write a review but she's a diamond, how she's not a manager il never know .

This particular store is not very busy. You can order from the store only few staffs available. Jewellery / watch counter is not manned and less busy as well . Ample car parking with no time Restrictions.

Well tried to return a baby bliss air dryer , all packed and not opened . Can’t return it coz it’s not within the 30 day return policy . Cannot believe , that Argos cannot refund when you can clearly see it hasn’t been used

Most of my products have been purchased in Argos.
I was happy.
I was disappointed with recent faulty item.
I bought in October 2021 an iron.
It doesn't work properly.
This product has 2 year manufacturer warranty & 1 year extra Argos warranty.
When I turn up to the store, manager said I have to contact the manufacturer?
What is the point of buying from you and taking extra warranty and product becomes faulty I have to contact the manufacturer?
If this is the case I should've bought it directly from the manufacturer.
In future I have to think about to buying from Argos.

Wonderful, professional and caring staff
When my local Argos staff denied my statutory rights, I straight went to only with after sale department they professionally dealt with the issue. After talking to on the phone, I went to Argos Ruislip where the staff was welcoming and listen to me and addressed the issue quickly, professionally and with care.
