I love this place but was disappointed to find out they got rid of their clothes section.

Love the cafe, quick service and great food. I'd recommend the ham and cheese toastie with a hot chocolate.
The shop has undergone quite a few changes recently. The children's department is now on the 2nd ground level. I like the cook department, it's well stocked. Will be interested to see what happens on the 1st floor. We picked up a new reasonibly priced wood basket. We also got our sofa from here last year. They also do a Manns loyalty card.

It’s very diverse and a good place to pick up a gift, no matter who for. Much easier and nicer than going into a bigger town centre and going to a chain store.

I’ve been coming here for years, all of the family love it as it’s got lots of different areas for browsing, something for everyone.
Everything in here is good quality, and whilst it’s not cheap, it’s worth it and they have good sales. They sell the things you expect in a department store, but a smaller, more refined selection: furniture, kitchenware, clothing (small selection), toys/games, homeware (vases, bedding, lamps etc), carpets, other stuff I’ve probably forgotten (used to have hardware, not sure if they still do) and a lovely cafe with cakes.

The animal orchestra window display at Christmas is always a treat as well!

Traditional department store in provincial Town (actually Cranleigh proudly claims to be a village but its pretty big) with accessible shop floor areas. Furniture has always been a strong point. Nice cafe at front of building.

Manns is a great shop, which offers a large selection of products; from kitchenware to furniture to childrens' toys. The staff are young, yet well-trained and eager to help. On the outside, the shop always has something interesting in their windows. Manns also has a cafe adjoined to it, where you can order a fine selection of tea, drinks and cakes. Overall, Manns is a pleasant shopping and feasting experience.

Really nice old world store that has something for everyone. Excellent quality and a very nice cafe. Quite a nice little play area for children as well next to the toy section.

Also very nice customer service from all the people I interacted with.

Lovely place, really do like the stock in this store, only wish they would increase their clothing department even more, real niche there to be tapped into, as Cranleigh is either a charity shop haven or caters for totally the other end of the spectrun. Staff here are knowledgeable and very friendly, certainly in my eyes somthing local and a little bit special. Plus great cafe with cake or paninis with great coffee, lovely for socializing.

Do not buy furniture here. Firstly we got the wrong sofa. Then waited another eight weeks for the correct one. We were constantly having to chase them up for updates. They said ours was a priority but clearly not. Then they gave us £50 off as a goodwill gesture but now we get mail every month asking to settle the balance. Shocking service. Avoid.
