Approached dumb little new assistant at the customer service desk for a refund. She approached manager for decision since she clearly was unable to make one herself. Very rude manager on a power trip refused to take item back for a refund claiming that the seal had been broken. There wasn’t even a seal to begin with and item is perfect in original packaging with receipt. Needless to say, other store took it back without even a question

Convenient enough location to pick up online orders

Really shocked, bought a projector yesterday from Argos for £180, tried it out, it wasn’t powerful enough for what I needed, I bought another one for £350 also from Argos Galleries , and went to return the first projector and they said no because it has been used! I cannot believe this returns policy Argos and won’t be shopping at Argos again for any higher priced items! I don’t blame the staff although their analogy of a buying and apple and then taking a bite and wanting to return it didn’t help!

Went to Argos yesterday to get replacement of my headphones,no stock in store staff kindly reserved for my in near by Argos for collection. Lovely service,Thank you

Staff closing early and lying to your face saying they have no one when you can clearly see the other staff behind them. Really felt dismissed and mistreated by her behavior.

Please think twice before purchasing anything expensive as they will not exchange or allow returns!!!!!

Incredibly rude and impatient. Attempted to pay at the till as I wanted to look at an item first and after waiting 2 minutes at the till with 4 staff members avoiding me, the manager strolled over and ordered me to use the self service in a very rude manner. Awful service and clearly no one is happy here.
