Very poor service,don't buy any pc's from this store'as they are recon's selling as new'and the staff are rude and don't give a toss.

They offer a 5 star service as a package.
This includes, delivery, Installation on delivery and removal of the packaging.
I just had a king size bed delivered, I assumed someone else would be around to do the rest, but nope the guys who delivered was suppose to do it all.
And I'm paying for it.... What a joke.

Expensive and rude staff; I went in store on a shopping trip with friends who wanted to go in. A manager would not stop eyeing up a female friend I was with and was non verbally acting downright creepy; this is even more creepy considering she is fairly young looking.

I feel sorry for anyone having to pay extra for "rent to own" items like this as the prices are eye-watering.
