Very poor service had gotten a watch and insured it for accidental damage when I claimed they have given me the run about took it in said it looks like manufacturing fault had to ring a number surprise surprise line closed had to ring next day rang it manufacturing fault rejected as told them same as I told store. Took it back to different store got refunded first go. Manager on duty rude cocky had even said he does his best to refuse most returns . Insurance don't bother with as they just like to sell it you and not use it

I've not been to ARGOS since Xmas 2016 and at that time it was easy to find parking even with adjacent Tesco's being busy. The service in store was slower than usual, but expected for Xmas. Staff were kept on their toes but still had a cheerful, polite disposition. I had no problems then, but can't comment about present day (July 2017).

Wasted journey.
Bought an item over £130.
Brought it strate home. Only to over the packaging and fine all the wood frame broken. Took it straight back to exchange them. No more in Stock here in Mansfield or other stores around here.
So decided to ask for a full refund.

Came to collect a roll up mattress for my sons bunk bed. Lovely lady who worked there came and put the mattress in my car for me as I am 9 months pregnant. I didnt even have to ask. She was polite, helpful, kind and talkative to myself and my 7 year old son.

Lots of parking. This argos is Easy to place orders and collect.

Manager lied to me about not knowing when the PS5 was becoming available for pre order! When I went into the store the next day all preorder had already gone but he had managed to get one (only because he woke up at 5am to go to the toilet and just so happened to order one lol)

Argos Challenge 6 litre air cooler
I purchased the challenge 6 litre air cooler from them and the machine works really well until the filter needs replacing, I used bottled water and cleaned it everytime it was used as stated in the instructions. The problem is that you cannot buy the filters anywhere on the Internet, argos redirects you to a company that directs you to amazon but in fact no one sells the filters, you cannot use the machine without the filter so total waste of £99. Argos won't let me put this on their reviews but surely people should know!
