Argos Westfield Stratford

Appalling service from this store! Especially Rachel. Didn’t know how to do a return, then proceeded to tell me to take my item out of the box then told me to put it back and told me to wait for another member of staff. Staff was very lazy and continued to ignore me after I asked if my return was completed 3 times.

Overall this store doesn’t have a good customer service. However, I went down today with an exchange and the lady , khadeja who served me was really nice and gave great customer service!

Just got back from there, young girl, disgraceful customer service, said she didn't have any string for the heavy box that I had to carry, so I asked for a refund, was waiting to get served at the til when another woman asked if she
could help. Explained and she went straight to the desk where the young girls stood before grabbed the string and scissors and tied my box up into a perfect carry handle. I give five stars to her but the girl should not be employed there after today. Shocking behaviour.

I want to Thank argos for allowing these 2 girls to work here wearing what they want hijab/niqab. This is something that made me very happy and they also served me very well. Amazing customer service, easy and quick.

The store is automated and it was a wonderful experience shopping in there as you just select what you want and go pay for it effortlessly.. Some of the staff were not very friendly though..

Ordered an item for click and collect at this store. Waited 20 minutes only to be told that they don’t have it (even though I paid to reserve and collect the product). No options offered apart from go to another store. Argos in other branches are usually really good but this store and it’s staff are below par and probably need some refreshed training.

The lady at the paid in store collection point was very rude, walked away as I was talking to her. 12th at 13.25

In with my Xmas gift smart watch and Berlin (large build, short hair, black female) goes straight away 'no refund/no replacement because the package has been opened' I ask her what about customer rights?? Her shocking reply 'THERE IS NO CUSTOMER RIGHTS' !!!
Luckily the young lady (bless her soul!) at the till was more responsive and processed the refund!
