This Argos needs more staff, you seem to take ages to get served on the tills, then takes even longer for your item to be on the collection points. And sometimes it's the same person that served you has to get up and give items out. The staff are always friendly but just need more of them.

Jewelry counter is useless, no one ever comes over to you when your standing there.. iv been stood there for 20 minutes before looking restless and nobody even looked over!! -ordered a bracelet that all the diamonds fell out of it within a month of purchase and then got given a new one which recently snapped. I decided to order a ring instead (fat fingers so had to order) and I am still waiting for a response from them (they said 1 week) and i ordered it nearly 2 weeks ago. Not very good service on that part but Argos is reasonably priced just need the customer service rectifying

Every time I have been recently there has only been 1 staff member serving on the tills and barely 1 between bringing goods out from the back and handing them over to customers at collection points.
There seems to be no initiative from other staff that can be seen loitering around to help a fellow colleague. Doesn't seem to be any different at quiet or peak times.

Such a badly manned store. Every experience I've had here has taken forever even though I've used the 'Fast Track' service. Definitely anything but fast! Also have been able to reserve and pay for items that aren't even in stock in store only to wait ages to be told they aren't there. Better off going somewhere to pick the items yourself, this place is actually more hassle than regular shopping.

Didn't have what we wanted in stock but we're very helpful a young man reserved our item at another store & we collected it from there. Was very happy with service given.

I love argos very easy to get what you want whether you reserve online or in store you will get what you need very fast. If you check online if item you need is in stock it makes it really simple plus you can reserve without payment and they hold it for 2 days or you can pay online and get your item even faster or get same day delivery 😎

I went to order an electric blanket with an elderly at agros, she’s very disappointed the paper catalogs / books no longer available, she found it impossible to use the screen to search and order. Most of the electric blankets were out of stock, probably not agros’ problem, as the energy crisis, everybody wants to get one!!!

Service was really slow, considering only about 5 people were waiting. Staff was ok, but we didn’t feel welcome or had any kind of help or support.

Positive points was the Argos area was very clean, waiting area with seats.

As agros is in Sainsbury’s, there are plenty of car parking spaces including disabled parking spaces and parents with children ones.

I was waiting in the collection queue to pick up my item. After the two people in front of me had been served, I moved to the front to collect my item as my number had been called. A long queue had formed behind me, and when I stepped forward, the man behind the desk walked out and went to the woman behind me. He asked her 'are you waiting to collect something?'. He called her forward even though I was the first in line. I turned to him and said 'excuse me, but I'm waiting to collect something first' and he told me that somebody would be with me soon. I couldn't understand why he chose the woman behind me to be served first even though I was the first in line. This is the reason why I'm giving it 1 star, because of the poor customer service skills of that one member of staff, as he could clearly see that I was waiting in line.
