Stopped in store on way home from work during heat wave to get a fan for my pregnant partner. Was greeted as walked in by a young lad behind the counter (harrison) I honestly can't rate his customer service higher. Start to finnish A star

Horrible experience every time. First time, the lady didn't know anything about any product at all. The second time when we tried to cancel an order they were asking us to return it, which surprisingly, we never received at all. The third time, this guy was so rude to us for no reason that we almost felt it can't be happening!
It seems like they are deliberately recruiting people who doesn't know anything about customer service or even normal human interaction!

My wife bought a watch. It was handed dirty (box) at collection. The most horrible experience came when I went to return few hours back. Customer service provider Saleh accused me of having scratched the watch glass. I said it's has a thin plastic covering. And I got the watch like that. He refused to agree and we had to bring another customer to check and confirm that it was not scratch but plastic covering. Then he asked me for original email receipt. However I had only screen shot with order number and code. Which I used to collect the item. He refused to accept that. Eddington residents knowshow hard it's to get phone network around. The customer service provider was also mean to my friend who just said to him, customer service should make things easier not hard. Later I sent my wife to deal this at the same store with original receipt and card, but Saleh refused to serve her. What an attitude! What a service!!

I made an order at Argos for an Christmas gift for my nephew FT210895, I was very disappointed to see that the box was so badly damaged it was clearly used and taped up again. I am angry because you think we pay for items like that. I am truly disappointed as this close to Christmas I don't have time to get another gift. Shame on you Argos. First and last time I will shop at you.

The employees here straight up lying and will do everything they can to deny the fault of the devices they sell. They will come up baseless excuses and blame you to be the person damage the device. Even worse, they alter the words that you said and recreated their version of story. The dishonesty is shocking, not just on a business level, but on a moral level. I do not understand how a business can operate like this without any legal violations. Vote with your wallet! Be aware with you purchases and I would recommend to buy directly from the manufacture at all costs. Unless you want to deal with a bunch of liars afterwards.

Argos website functionality is poor. They cannot deliver any of my items. To get the items I wanted to order I would have had to travel to 5 different stores. Instead I only chose items available at Eddington. When purchasing it said available from 9am the next next day which is incorrect they're not yet available. Thoroughly unimpressed

Weirdest experience ever, we got there as we had told our TV was ready to be picked up, its a 10 mile drive each way, so we were a bit miffed that it wasn't there, but what was weirder was the reaction of the staff member Alex. Alex basically said, nothing but I do not know and it comes when it comes and we will have it when we have it and was really rude, not even a kind of sorry for your time wasted kind of thing. I do not even get why as we were quite chilled about it. Strange, either way we will hopefully get it tomorrow, though I guess it will be there, when it is there.
