Lynn was fantastic at helping me with the product details and had personal experience of the product as well which was very helpful. Her knowledge was great and her customer service skills were outstanding. Great product knowledge and in and out within minutes

I bought a series 9 braun shaver travelled 30 minutes to get it . Only to find when i got home inside was a used series 5 i took it back to morecambe store. What is going on.......

Your products come boxed and packaged for a reason. Some have handles on either side of the box to be lifted and carried, not to be dragged around like it's a toy. Dragging a £400 telly like it's got nothing inside the box. Will avoid this argos.

As Chorley Argos closed we've had to go to Bamber Bridge Sainsbury to get 2 roller blinds (round trip of about 8 miles). One blind came with no fittings so we'll have to go back to try and replace it. As yet we haven't received an email receipt we're hopeful that we can get some satisfaction. By the way, Argos, your phone service stinks!

This branch refuses to accept returns for faulty items!! According to the customer service helpline, branches have to log the number of returns on their books so some will resort to lame tactics to make themselves look good. My item developed an intermittent fault and they argued it had fixed itself! My video evidence wasn't good enough for them but they advised me to forward it to the manufacturer and let them deal with it. Take your business elsewhere and let this branch get repurposed into additional customer toilets.

I experienced racial prejudice in this store. Whilst returning an electronic item, they refused to believe I had actually purchased it despite showing the receipt. Then by examining a brand new item, they refused to accept it back. I made a comment if I was a white person the story would be different, Sadly its the world we are living in at the moment
