totally uncaring and very unfriendly, they love you at 1st.. then you are just a wallet to them, ive paid weekly insurance on top of the very high interest and payments weekly for a second hand sofa, I was promised new cushions for the past 10 weeks and they have fobbed me off every time, I sent a recorded delivery letter giving them 2 weeks to contact me, they refused.. so now trading standards are involved, I have also withheld payments until they do contact me, and they will, because they don't like missed payments, they breech their part of the contract but im not letting them get away from it, avoid this company if you want fair rates and NEW furniture

They are worse that loan sharks they pray on the poor and rip them off.. And if you dare not pay they harass you by phone send the biggest members of staff to you door constantly.. And even illegally take products back even though they need a couple order after you have paid more than a 3Rd.. The way to solve this is to ring them up or send them in writing that you remove all implied rights of access to your property and then legally they are not allowed to step foot on your property

theharassment is to remove all implied rights of access to your property

They constantly harrass you by text/phone to pay your bill, even when you pay on time, every week! It is insulting, treating you like a child that needs constant reminding. I won't be using them again as they lull you into the purchase 'forgetting' to tell you about the over priced insurance until the very end when you're signing the documents. The amount they charge because they know you're poor and desperate is daylight robbery! I have personally known them to charge 90% more than a supermarket for the same item and brand. The company are without morals and they obviously look at the poor in a very cold light and take full advantage of them! They don't deserve any stars! Shame on you Bright House! I will never be that desperate again!

Let's be honest here, whether you go to this branch or any other throughout the country, you will be charged double for the items you buy, as shown in the advert in the window I've posted along with this review, no matter what level of service you might receive there is no service worth paying over double the value of the item you are purchasing so save your money and when you have enough buy elsewhere.

Go to second hand shops before going to these people, over priced goods with high interest. Half the stuff is reconditioned. Your probably end up with something the last poor sod had to give back because they couldn't afford the repayments.

You have to wait for repair or replacements I had to wait for a replacement hoover which in the end I had to bring home my self with out a box on a bus in my 3 Walker which I thought was disgusting, as I am disabled and they kept saying the delivery man was off I’ll And had to wait 6 weeks for a replacement but was happy to take full payments out of my bank

Don't go here, it charges as much as double the value of the item to facilitate the payment plan. Staff are rude and seem to think you're there for their benefit rather than the other way round.

Pester you wether or not you always make payment and you fall behind a week and add on charges if missed a week, hassle you by phone,at the door and textes...your paying double on an item so think twice before you use these
