Lots of free parking space.
Animal Park, children's play areas steam train and more besides.
The shop is massive with a few coffee shops.
Lovely to see some peacocks.

Have been visiting Trago Mill since the early 80s whenever on Holiday in Devon or Cornwall. It's a must visit place....and we are NEVER disappointed. The ultimate Shopping Village with plenty for all ages☺️

The website makes this place sound great. A large retail area with, apparently, the largest garden centre in the south west, an animal park with lots of animals to see, and a theme park with lots of rides. How disappointed I was when we arrived. The retail area was from the 80's. So dated. The staff I spoke to were friendly enough. The great prices are the same on your local high street. As for the garden centre being the largest, sorry, but I've been to bigger in the south west. We were very disappointed with the animal park. A few birds, one pig, and three goats. That's all we saw as it was very difficult to push a wheelchair around. A stone/gravel path that was very uneven. Not wheelchair friendly. As for the theme park, well. Not a lot was open. It was a boiling hot day, and all the water rides were closed. The whole place was run down. There is a lot of free car parking spaces, but not enough disabled parking. There were a lot of cars parked in the disabled bays not displaying blue badges. Sorry, but we will not be visiting again.

Really like the attractions and shopping. Good prices for everything. The children loved to see the animals and the games and rides are prices well.
Stream train ride was really good and model railway brilliant.
Lots of refurbishment needed on other attractions which aren't open such as bumper boats and bigger go-karts before they are up and running again. Hopefully they will be soon. We love coming here 😊

I went 5 or 6 years back and was a little disappointed, I know things need updating but sadly it's becoming the same any other store and garden centres and similarly priced, although some things were good prices and I managed to get some Christmas crackers and a few other bits. The restaurant was quite odd, it looked like and out dated school dinner hall, and so did the food, it was a little colder than I like my food but it tasted lovely, the teas and coffees were good and we joked about a "jam rolypoly with custard" and one of the assistants said she'd go ask, a very hot jam sponge pudding with very hot custard arrived at the table, that made my husband a very happy man.

At the time of this review most of the attractions were closed due to the winter season, I will update this review when I go back in the summer season when everything is open.

First thoughts when i arrived with dad and little man the artiecture is eye catching and looks like it was a Fort. Inside the main building is a huge shopping center with most items under one roof. Clothes, toys, DIY, instruments, sporting goods, motorcycle gear, fabrics, show rooms, etc.

There's a train that starts near the entrance called riverside station and goes around the family fun park and by central station and back. There's a model railway at trago mills if you like models trains aswell as two little miniature railways inside the main store.

There's an animal park to view animals but I couldn't find this. There is a tea room & restaurant complex which is also near the award winning show gardens & garden park. Also onsite there is a trago build center for building supplies, co op and petrol station.

I've also included a photo of the whole site map and inside the main store map as trago mills is a big site.

Went to Pinocchios restaurant today, food was excellent. Not nice seeing the waitress covered in love bites and my five year old grandson asking why she has big bruises on her neck. Otherwise our trip to Trago Mills was fabulous

I have never seen such a large retail shop.
I've only visited 2 or 3 departments and still managed to have lost the tills... the prices are the same or slightly under those from The Range or B&M but there are lots of items to compare and look at and a friendly staff.
There is lot to see and have fun outside with a couple of restaurants and a few peacocks wandering freely.
