Argos Ipswich Suffolk Retail Park

Whenever i've been here i've always been in and out quick and been able to find everything i need but last time i went, i had to pick something up that i had reserved and the lady on the desk seemed very off. I always think customer service is important in every way. even if the company get something wrong, if you have good customer service it can be put right. But this lady didn't seem to greet me in any nice way or even smile. Otherwise all good.

Have some gifts card to spend, but they won't scan and the label at the back has peeled off the number. Despite the girls trying very hard to read the numbers. We have been waiting 20mins and the manager doesn't seem to be interested in solving the problem. The cards are paid for so why they don't take the money off as cash. Very poor service from manager.

I just waited 20 minutes for a double bed, things get lost in a stockroom fair enough. However, there was no communication, no updates, not even a sorry or a smile; I just stood there the whole time wondering what was happening. Once I got my item still not even a thanks for waiting. Then it turns out they gave me a box that was wrong, which I noticed at the car, returned and sorted with the other customer myself. Still at no point did a single member of staff apologise, or even speak to me. The service at this store tonight was appalling!

Went to pick up an order I had paid for online. It was one of only a handful of shops I had been to since the lockdown restrictions were relaxed. I visited early on a Friday and it was quiet. Social distancing was clearly marked out, staff were cleaning down the chip and pin machine before each customer, staff were very friendly. Face coverings were required to enter the shop, as expected. At the cashiers desk I was clearly instructed where to stand on the designated floor markers to maintain social distancing. Process was very smooth I only had to read out my collection number and proceed to the collection point. The only point I had to touch anything was when I collect my item.

Argos is a good store to go to. I've ordered many things from Argos and I'm always a satisfied customer.

I Was helped with my purchase to the car to ensure we could fit in, nothing too much trouble. We have ordered many times from here and always had a pleasant friendly experience.

Let down by Argos today. I was given the wrong gift card and told no refund possible. Yet again Argos has let me down with poor customer service. The gift card was a prize for a charity event. The little man loses out whilst Agros take in their profits. Change in procedure needed!

Same as any Argos. Wait time was reasonable. Parking ok - avoid at weekends!!! Getting off the site is horrendous.
Update… since posting my last review traffic lights have been installed which does assist with getting off site at peak times but…. only visit at weekends if really necessary, sheer volume of traffic still makes it very busy.
