Convenient Argos very near Brixton underground station, though not very many checkout kiosks, so lines can get long. The staff are very friendly and helpful, though.

The worst retail experience ! Customer service is -1 incredibly unprofessional blond lady and rude. I ask information about a plan for an item that i really wanted to buy and the service was very bad.i ask how much will cost me and she said: take the phone and do it with your calculator and divide for 3 or 6 months. And the 3rd option was regular credit and i ask how much that would have be... she said she don't know. Left empty ended.. she didn't even left me the paper with the info. Not happy at all.

After ordering online and travelling for collection, I was handed over a used open go pro !!! How is that even allowed. When I asked for another I was told it is out of stock. Is that normal !

Poor service. Returns can be a nightmare. Even when you speak with customer service and they assure you yes the item can be returned, staff give you a hard time arguing with you until they eventually accept the return. Not all staff are like this but there are a few that have put me off shopping here. I always buy items online and when I recieve it, it may not be what I expected. You would think they would take this into consideration.

Came today to pick up my xbox with game. Asian women on collection Point asked me for ID as I orderem a game 18+ I said that I dont have ID as I send it to DVLA and still waiting for it but I defenetly dont look under 18... I asked her to give me just and xbox with game she was rude and said no. Then I asked her what can I do in this situation she said that I have to wait 7 days for order to be automaticaly canceled which is lie! Very rude and unprofesional personel...
