Great customer service quick and friendly offered to do a same day order on what i needed could have asked for nicer staff.

Argos itself is good however to park outside even if your popping in for 2 minutes you must pay £1.20 for an hours parking. The parking metres dont take card care and is very difficult when you don't have change.

I've only been there once. I found staff helpful. Especially one man who came out to help me when he saw me having trouble with the machine.

Same issue with manager "Jamie" as a customer below. Unhelpful and patently disinterested in doing her job. Disgusting service. I had to contact Argos customer service to have my issue satisfactorily addressed.

This review is not a reflection on the other employees in the store or Argos itself - usually excellent service and products.

This place is hilariously bad. I watched a member of staff kiss her teeth at a customer when she asked a simple question. Always a long que and the smell of a damp dog whilst they try and sell me a range of extra’s I don’t need.

Both managers here are extremely rude. One was Jamie and the other I can't remember. She refused to return an item after 30 mins of me purchasing it (with receipt).

I called head office and they said all returns are dependent on the individual store.

I then went to Wembley branch and returned the item with no problems whatsoever and they were perplexed as to why Harlesden branch refused to return the item.

AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS. Head office have no power to do anything.

Good while things are going well, bad company if you have any issues. Customer service is appalling. Have made 11 contacts so far chasing the £10 voucher when you spend over £100. Have been dealing with the issues for over 5 weeks.

Every advisor will palm you off, they have system of escalation nor do they have an email address, so you have to keep speaking to the unhelpful assistance over and over again via live chat/Facebook messenger.

Ignore promises off good will gestures also as they will never be recieved.

Got a package posted there but it never showed up. Went in and they had no idea where it was and told me to come back the next week. Went in the next week and they still had no idea where it was. Contacted the courier and was told Argos had rejected the delivery because of the size of the parcel- no record of this and they didn't tell me so I've been waiting for a package for 2 weeks when it was returned to the sender ages ago and they didn't say anything or have any clue what had happened.
