Argos Wednesfield (Inside Sainbsury's)

Easy to get items from Argos as inside Sainsbury's, so can do it while completing the food shopping. Plus opening hours longer than with standalone argos stores.

Don't think of buying a laptop from Argos if you ever change your mind or it ends up being faulty because as soon as you open the box to have a look at it, they class it at used and don't allow a return.

Very helpful staff you can get what you need very quickly whatever you need.

Visited over Christmas and New Years to do some shopping. Every time I had interactions with any of the staff they have always been positive, they are always friendly and are just human.
Customer service was fast and efficient especially from Rachel and Jiggy, who are both top class and very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent, lovely and helpful staff. Fast service

Unfortunately had very poor customer service today, totally understand times have changed are difficult right now and some of us still don’t understand some of these restrictions, but argos failed to deliver a item needed for a very special birthday. The next day I popped to store in a panic to order my item needed on that day as it now was the birthday and my item failed to arrive. On arriving I didn’t realise you could only pre order items which the lady on the door informed me quiet abruptly I returned to the car to then try and do. I was having difficulty so I returned to ask the lady for help or advice to which she shrugged her shoulders and offered no help at all, by then I was very distressed getting into such a panic while the lady continued to shrug her shoulders and tell me there was nothing she could do, I then asked if there was a possible way she could order this through her little iPad or if there was a number I could call and half way through speaking this lady cut me dead and started speaking to an approaching customer. I totally understand that maybe there was no other way for me to order this other than on my phone as pre order but it’s the total rude unhelpful approach I received that I don’t understand as there was no need at all as this lady could clearly see I was getting very upset and distressed that I may not be able to get my order Intime. Just a little bit of care, consideration and help towards a distressed customer wouldn’t of cost you anything. Extremely poor customer service

Customer service appalling!!
I brought five 15kg bags of play sand, I asked customer service for some help to take them to my car or if they have got a trolley which they replied no. They watched me struggle to take five bags while they just stood there talking amongst themselves and to make it worst they had a trolley a few feet away from them. Shocking service!!
