Touch screens not working so had to use the catalogue. No information on stock availability or current prices. So much for Argos being a "digitally led" retailer!

Staff always helpful, can be slow when busy, but big business with minimum staff what do you expect, don't take it out on the staff they do there best to please.

Awful. no signs to tell you which queue to take to check-in. It took me about an hour to collect my internet-ordered goods (which notices say you can pick-up 'instantly', and three waits - to the back of the queue each time. Instantly is a long time at Argos, Honiton. I'll never use Argos again, almost certainly.

Argos as it's usual go in order and come away with your newly bought item. Normally nice and quiet easy parking outside.

Long wait. At least 10 minutes from order shown as ready for collection to actually receiving items in hand. Only 2 staff appear to be in the store. One on tills and one running out the back....

Convenient location with free parking. New screens installed recently that allow you to pay by card and print out the order receipt prior to collection. Has saved me a trip to Exeter on numerous occasions - thanks Argos 👍

Disappointing.
Reserved online. Went and paid for it at which time they wanted me to provide an email for my receipt and then tried to get me to take an Argos card.
Apparently this will help me spread the cost of my £10 item! And all for 29% APR.
Once paid for then they couldn't find my order. No one told me this until I asked why people arriving after me were getting their stuff but I wasn't.
On getting my order home I now find it is defective and needs returning.
Not a great shopping experience .... I'll not be buying from them again.

Order my item on the app wos told in would be ready for collection first thing went in to be told wouldn't be there till 4 so went back a 4 to be told the item wos not sent to the store!!! Just wish the staff had been honest with me the first time then I would of had time to go sum wear else to buys it it very poor customer service
