Really helpful staff, picked up a neff gun and they helped me look for the correct darts to fit it. They were clearly a bit short staffed but that did not lower the customer service at all.

I have always been a big fan of Argos but shops are only as good as their staff.
Most are really nice but the sales assistant Wayne at the Loughborough store was really unhelpful so best avoided if you have a problem with an item under warranty.
The Manager there is excellent and I would have given the manager 5 stars! So if you have a faulty item with proof of warranty and are unlucky enough to encounter Wayne at the desk, maybe ask to speak to the manager.

Fantastic customer service. Staff really go out their way to help. Amber arranged for my product to be exchanged. However this wasn’t in stock so their manager Wayne collected it for me from his store near his home. Really great service thank you I have one happy daughter. Keep up the great work

Terrible customer service. They haven't got a clue and they don't like refunding as if it's their money. The so called manager Wayne is very bias instead of checking the CCTV he believes anything and everything his staff say without a proper investigation difinatejy no management skills let alone experience get rid I've always been a fan of Argos not no more. Very inexperienced and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. Very rude staff period.

Very poor customer service this morning! We paid for 2 years cover on son's headset only to be refused what we had paid for. We showed them proof of purchase in black and white on the Argos card statement and on the app they wouldn't budge because we didn't have an actual receipt! It was there in black and white!!! Spoke to two, the second we believe a manager! Not helpful at all! After 30 minutes they honoured it. A very stressful experience and not necessary!!! Very poor show Argos

2 stars because Argos is a great place for cheap quality items.
But this store brings down what should be 5 stars due to the horrendous customer service received yesterday. My wife went to collect 2 bed frames and due to the parking situation had to park in Tesco. I wouldnt mind so much if the staff had actually tried to help her in any way at all get the 25kg boxes to her car. Previously I have been told to park in the loading bay so I can easily get things a shorter distance to my car but the attendants yesterday were completely unhelpful. Terrible service letting someone struggle with massive boxes down the escalator with not even an attempt to problem solve.
I will be avoiding getting things at this store in the future unless they can assure to be more helpful with bulky items in future.

Worst experience ever. Ordered our garden patio set and the nearest one they had was here in Loughborough I knew I was going to make the journey an hour from Sheffield isn’t as bad as I thought, after work however I knew that I would be getting there 5 minutes before the store closed I called the store and said I was on my way as I needed the garden furniture for a party I was having for the weekend once I got to the store to my amazement 7:55pm door was locked and the staff had their bags on ready to leave, bare in mind I called the store prior and said I was on my way I’m travelling from Sheffield and would be here at 7:55pm would’ve presumed they would have waited till I got there because I paid for my order, when I got there it seemed like it was the manager I spoke to as he smugly looked at me and said “you wasn’t here for eight mate” (even though I was knocking on the door for a few minutes while it was closed) “you’ll have to come back tomorrow” I begged him and said I’ve travelled all the way from Sheffield is there any chance I could get my order. He blames it on the system being down even though the door was locked and they were ready to go home. prioritising going home over customer service when they don’t clock out till eight this has been my worst Argos experience ever and I will never ever shop at Argos again. After being a frequent Argos shopper and this has been my worst experience ever I would give zero stars if I could.

Awful, item bought for Xmas. Told couldn't return as only open for collection until lockdown lifted. Waited patiently for 3 months to get money back and now they refuse to accept return as we had opened the box. Do not recommend buying from Argos. Staff very rude. Subsequently rang customer services, they said return decisions are up to reach store. It seems I could drive around different stores until I get one too accept return.
They also suggested that I could have traveled during lockdown to a Sainsbury's with Argos where they were accepting returns, not sure that would have been allowed.
