Argos Ilkeston Waterside Retail Park

I am loving this Argos store, I know that it has taken business from the high street, but since being here it is easier to access plenty of parking, the store is much bigger and has a better range of products in stock. The staff are mostly great (only had a couple who have proven to be either a complete idiot or rude for no apparent reason) the place is usually clean, tidy, and well laid out. And most importantly service is a 1000% better than it used to be.

It is the first time I have used this Argos, the staff were friendly and polite, the shop was clean and tidy, I didn't have to wait a long time at all to receive my item.
It's located in a relatively small retail park with quote a large carpark, lots of disabled parking.

Why does the staff at Argos in ilkeston at the waterside retail park never answer your call, I've rang 5 times in the last 20 minutes

Staff member was very rude how she spoke to me when I went to collect my order. Will not be using this branch again!

from the touch screen when purchasing you can add bags for life 30p each on the receipt it clearly says I ordered two and got one. How more people are they doing this too.

Staff came across quite rude. I arrived and it seemed reasonably quiet. I was at the front of the click and collect que. It was nearly 20 minutes before a member of staff approached me. At this point the que was outside the entrance. People had even left at this stage. Once finally approached the lady communicated very sharply and looked visibly annoyed. Once I gave my order number I received the product in less than a minute which was good. I only ever seen 3 members of staff so may be possible that they were short staffed. I left feeling quite annoyed and agitated.
