Next Clearance

I always find what I'm looking for here at a great price. I tend to be in this shop once a week, buying, collecting online orders or returning items and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. A few times I have gone to collect a few large items and they have let me round the back with my car into the staff area and a member of staff has come out to help me load my car up. You certainly don't get customer service like that everywhere and that impresses me as I can see that they are always really busy but will still take time out to help little old me!

Staff are friendly and helpful when needed which is nice. The store is somewhat crowded and cluttered but no issue for me. It can take a bit of searching to find the piece of clothing you need if at all. The clothes themselves are of good quality as you'd expect from Next. The return policy is only 15 days which is half that of competitors which should be kept in mind. Also the biggest annoyance I have with this store is it does NOT have a change room, I mean come on how the hell are people meant to know if it looks or even feels good when worn. Yes you can return it but that's just a pain in the bum in my opinion.

I have always found the Next outlet store to be really good when I have visited. The clothes are of the high quality you'd expect from Next, but the prices are cheaper since it's an outlet store. I've bought some really nice t-shirts from this outlet and they've lasted for a long time. I really like the Next fragrances too. The staff on the till are really polite and friendly - they make you feel like a valued customer. The only gripe I have about this outlet store is that the stock is quite tightly squeezed into the store, which can make it a little difficult to walk around at busy times.

A good range of products although the shop does feel a bit claustrophobic sometimes. Staff are usually pretty friendly and efficient but sometimes not. The queues to pay can sometimes be long which is annoying but that's mainly at weekends and especially around sale times. Quality of next clothes is usually very good and they're my 'go-to' non branded option. Be careful though, some of the clothes in this outlet are made specifically for the outlet so presumably reduced quality.

NEXT only allows 12 people in the shop at the same time, which is understandable under this difficult time, I really appreciate that.
We arrived at NEXT at 4pm today, standing in the back of the line. We waited for 47 minutes, which was 13 minutes before closing the store, and the lady informed us that we would not be allowed to go shopping. I am very disappointed. Since you allow us to queue up as the last guest, you should arrange for us to complete the shopping.
I fully understand that the merchants are facing a difficult moment, and they do not have much experience on it. However I hope NEXT could do it better. Don’t let the guests leave in disappointment after a long wait.

Not a fan of Next personally, but I went in with my mum and I noticed how lovely staff are! The lady that served us greated us with a smile. Engaged in conversation and was lovely.

What an experience! Went to get our sons feet measured. Sized and written down, shoes chosen, wasn’t explained that we would need a fit test when measured. Jeez! The woman on the till needs some serious customer service training and cracking a smile wouldn’t go a miss.

Horrible place, terrible clothes, no fitting rooms, stressed staff, avoid at all costs
