I recently ordered a Canada Goose coat online directly from a retailer in Canada and whilst I was pretty confident that the size was ok, I wasn't a 100% certain. When I was with my family in Guildford last Sunday, I noticed that Michael Chell were selling the garment also. I was served by a very professional young gentleman who despite me owning up to the fact I already ordered the coat elsewhere, assisted me with releasing the coat from it's security cable and allowed me to try it on. He then took the time to talk me through all of the coat's benefits, knowing I wasn't going to purchase it. This is superior customer service beyond the call of duty as far as I am concerned and whilst I didn't purchase anything on Sunday, the shop's website has now been added to my favourites for future reference. Ordered a Canada Goose coat online, it was a little small so wanted the next size up. I emailed the store & they called me straight away to arrange an exchange. Excellent customer service, excellent choice. I'll definitely be ordering again.
