The icecream is delicious if you get a cone they will fill it up, crepes are perfect and waffles are amazing.

Friendly staff, food and drink came quick! Smoothie tasted fresh! My only negative comment was that there was no soap in the toilets. Would visit when in Canterbury again!

Went to visit this place early evening. The staff were really good,friendly and polite. There is a fantastic range of desserts. I had a waffle with ice cream and the Mrs had pancakes with fruit and ice cream. Both were really good. The portions are large. I think they also have vegan options. Sorry but forgot to take photos. But I would thoroughly recommend this place.

Best place for delicious waffles, crepes, or Sundaes.

Not only do all three people bother not to look up when you want to order, but then you're told that as an eat-in customer consuming a mediocre waffle (nothing like the picture) you cannot even use their outlet to charge your phone in an emergency. When I asked manager Kara for the reason, I was given the following three answers in this order: 1) It isn't allowed. 2) Outlets are only for devices other than cell phones. 3) The last time a cell phone charged, the power circuit for the whole store got fried.
Now I wonder two things: Does a birthday girl deserve to first be ignored and then lied to ? And / Or is a place in danger of being blown up by charging cell phones actually safe for customers, including children?!

We arrived 20 minutes to closing but staff were more than happy to accommodate us. Lovely desserts, I had the chocolate dipped strawberries - very nice!

While the advertised closing time was 9pm we walked in at 7.48pm and the staff refused to serve us and the two ladies in front of us. They said they were closing at 8pm and clearly had just cleaned up and were itching to get out. Can't believe the lack of customer service these days. And clearly they must be doing so well that they can turn away customers.

One of the staff was very rude and had an disgusting attitude and was giving dirty looks to me and my friend, we was waiting upstairs to give our order but nobody was there and we called someone from downstairs by saying hello and the answer we get is dont call me again from up here. And also the interior and the seating area is very old and unhygenic.But we was pleased with the desserts however not the staff and the restaurant itself .
