Based on the above observations i have rated my experience as a five star one.

Awful experience in B&M today, we were being served by an older lady. The young girl on the till behind us politely asked her if she had any vapes for a customer under her till. The women we were being served at shouted at her to stop shouting! She told her she was sorry! She didn’t even shout, she was really polite! And then she was really condescending and kept saying ‘whaaatttt’ to her when she was telling her the flavours. Then she was even more hard work because the young girl politely asked if she could authorise a transaction for her. She was clearly 17 and doing a fantastic job, it’s a shame that the older women had a superiority complex and was so rude to her. I really hope she isn’t a supervisor because I wouldn’t put up with that, worked in retail most my life and I would never speak to my colleagues that way. I think the young girl deserves an apology and the older lady needs to be spoken to. Till ID was 00012300027758, there wasn’t a name on my receipt. Young girl had short black hair and eyeliner.

I just went there to buy my house stuff, I've see in a roll was priced tissue £3.49 and they charge me double. And I've been back all the way from 3 miles to return, the box have been change in another side and the prices tag was different. I'm quite disappointed. I'll not back to that shop for shopping.

Store was OK but so many items have the wrong price or no price at all

Nice clean spacious store, plenty of choice. Some pretty homeware at sensible prices. Helpful attentive staff.

Not my favorite place. Too much stock in aisles. Couldn't get my mobility scooter around store. Prices have gone up a lot. Asda is much cheaper!

Great store with a variety of products at reasonable prices. We'll worth a visit

Hopeless. Line of customers waiting to be served some customers holding n carrying large boxes and only one till open. Others empty and at a stand still. The till girl then had to phone someone to get authorisation from a 'Senior colleague' who took her time before giving the ok from the service the product. If so Senior why not help open up another till and serve those other customers n stop blocking the aisles. Customer friendly????
