Lots of great cheap items here. Even some good books. Always good to look in for those that like the craft type interests.

I went in to buy some things for my grandkids the other day, I was greeted by a young guy who asked if I needed help. I told him that I wasn’t sure what my grandkids would like, but he took me around the store and talked me through some kids stuff! I spent about £10 and the grandkids loved the stuff

Disgusting customer service in this store today ...after waiting nearly half an hour I got to the till to be told they have frozen I asked if they could take my money and she said we are not doing that again it took to long to process it last time she couldn't wait to close the store although the man who always works there said can't we just take the money

I did my yearly Christmas shop at Harlow branch of The Works 3 Nov 21. The store was very clean, tidy and well stocked as well as offering the usual very keen prices. Both staff working there today were more than helpful: as well as serving at the till, stocking up, and ordering stock on the phone, they also approached customers to see if they needed help without being pushy. Well done, I wish other shops could clone this experience!! I always find presents and parcel wrappings etc so am in there for quite some while. The experience made shopping a pleasure, I don't say that lightly!!! Many thanks
