Good store and good variety of items. Could be a little tidier as there's often stock just laying around ready to be put away. Other than that it's a pretty good store with friendly staff. The garden centre is well stocked and is displayed well in the small space they have

Earlier today my wife and I visited the Dunstable store, while the store itself was relatively well stocked and tidy, the staff left a lot to be desired. This was particularly apparent in the rude manners shown to us and other customers when trying to make a purchase, by one of the staff shouting at us when we approached the till “I’m closed go somewhere else” while I understand staff need breaks etc. the rude hostile manner the woman showed was a extreme way to ask us to use a different till. This rudeness seemed unnecessary considering the fact that the other staff had long ques and needed to call for help. While waiting in the other ques I noted that the staff member didn’t seem to be doing anything that meant she was either going on break or doing a task so why did she have to rudely tell paying customers to go elsewhere. Poor customer service. I will state that from this experience both my wife and I will not return to the store and will advise other not to visit either

Loved it! Garden centre goodies available, but couldn't find anything I wanted.
I got loads of Christmas gifts and a little heater for my bedroom.
Well worth the visit.

Went in b&m for quite a few bits.
Mainly looking for a curtain to go across my front door, so picked up the rod and was looking at curtains, the shelf on the bottom had multiple curtains (singler) which looked like they had just been taken out of packs, picked one up in the hope that since there wasn’t a pair maybe they could cut me a deal. Got to the counter and a really lovely lady said she’d ask the manager if they could do anything.
When the manager came over she was rude.
Inferred I had emptied this item out of the pack, said all the curtains were sorted out.
I told her to go check there was about 30 singler ones on the bottom was completely ignored and told I could only buy them as a pair (so pay £39.99) for the singler curtain.

Now I wouldn’t have minded if she simply said “sorry they have to be sold as a pair) but the rudeness and inferring I’d emptied a pack really annoyed me.

Thank you to the lovely cashier (even advised me the curtain I went back and brought wasn’t the same size) I will return to b&m as love the products but I do think management needs some extra training in people skills, cashiers don’t seem to have a problem.

A massive B&M store with a huge range of things in there. Even has a garden centre. You will get all the brand names, but keep an eye out for some unique items that B&M have made just for them - so worth a browse with your eagle eyes on!

A good selection of goods and great prices. Didn't find all that I was looking for, but happy with what I did buy. The wait at the checkouts may look but you soon get through.

Wow for a b&m this one was by far the worse one I have been in, right from the off the labelling was terrible nothing was in a place that matched up to a ticket and I looked like whoevers job it was to ticket did not have a clue. I would suggest the store manager gets replaced by some one who knows what they are doing. Just for reference I had my 2 daughters with me choosing some toys and if you go to lol girls toys the ticketing makes no sense and you lucky if you find one.

Terrible service, went to pay for my items at the till, the amount was £9.40 i handed the cashier £10.40 (ten pound note and 40 pence), i was aiming to get £1 change and use my loose change. She took the £10 pounds out of my hand and left the 40p and handled me 60 pence change! I asked I gave you £10.40 so I can get £1 change back she only replied "it's fine" i then said I wanted my £1 change and she repeated it's fine and i repeated once more politely she said "it's fine". She has no right to dictate what I find is fine for myself as if it is her own money she is handling! All currency is currency. Very Rude customer service, next time I see her ill pay deliberately in change... Ill take my business elsewhere.
