Earlier in the year purchased Santa comes to Cheshire, now about to use it find inside is Santa comes to Essex. Took it back to my local store (Merry Hill Dudley) to be told only option was to ring customer services. Rang customer services to be informed needed to take it back to local store for a refund. No one appears to be able to replace the book with the one ordered not to mention cost of petrol and telephone call. They may be cheap but certainly shows when they get it wrong.

Love this shop. Have recently taken up crafting and you will get ANYTHING you want or need for it. Have some great games/board games at great discount prices. Like two for around £10. They do all sorts of books fiction /crime/cookery /biographies /colouring books for both children and adults. This is to name but a very few. Also great stationery and diaries. Wrapping paper /sticker books /crafts for children. The list seems to go on forever. So if you need a gift you shouldn't need to go any further. Lovely helpful staff that can't do enough for you. Lovely bright and clean shop. If I could give 6 or 7 stars I would.

They send you a request to review your purchase. When they don't like it, they write to you tell you it's been Moderated. I'd like to see them moderate a Google review. Long and short, we ordered something from them, 2 weeks later it has still not arrived, I called them to enquire and the customer service people tried to spin me a yarn and tell me Royal Mail deliveries take 2 weeks. They refused to cancel or refund the order until I threatened them with a small claims court order. A refund was promptly issued with no message of apology or instructions what to do should the goods eventually make it's way to me from what seems to be China

Great team to work with very clean building and. good hygiene in toilets, well paid, staff is looked after. very few people do not respect products less waste and less Damages 💯 but that more to do with agency staff overall good building and company but night time security on checking staff is terrible

Unless company allows bullying of disabled staff to unpunished yet punishment for the person who stuck up for the disable person the broke law with final wage slip will be going CAB and tribunal if necessary.
