The Works

Today I witnessed something in this shop that will keep me from going in there ever again.
A very polite customer was asking the staff member for help finding an electronic pen. The customer didn't seem sure what the name of the item was in English. The staff member explained that the shop didn't have any of these pens and said that her child shouldn't need one anyway. As the customer left the shop, the staff member wished her good luck and said she was going to need it. Disgusting.
I walked out the shop straight away.

Great place to get bargains. Very good book selection & great prices. They sell craft supplies which i regularly buy at good prices. They sell toys ,art supplies and alsorts of bits. Xmas its a good store to get cards, calenders & decs. Staff cant do enough to help & store always clean.

They have the funniest lamb toys out for Easter with some ducks which makes me laugh all the time. Great selection of books and other useful items

I was served by Amy earlier and she really made my morning a lot brighter, she spoke to my two girls too which was lovely.

Very good value, get most of my craft bits in here and occasionally books.

Extremely difficult to get around in a wheelchair. Most of the shop I couldn't even access, with staff frequently blocking my path and just watching as I struggled to get around the multiple displays placed halfway into the walkways. I even got asked by a staff member not to touch a child's play tent set up in the way that was stopping me from even getting out of the corner of the shop I was in

Lovely shop, pleasant staff. Wide variety of books and stationary. Can always find a present for someone in there
