they sell so much out of date inventory, it's honestly disgusting. horrible atmosphere too. if you want to get food poisoning, this is your best bet i guess lmao

It is horrible, so poorly managed, staff will literally ignore you.

Do not be scammed by their 50% off sale!! Google it - they are con artists…. All their stock prices have been inflated

Disgusting shop!!

Great shop with helpfull staff. Needs a revamp, dark and scruffy. The staff do their best but it must be depressing working in an environment like that. As with a lot of shops in the bottom of the market, not really,"cheap", anymore but still bargains to be had.

Always end up buying loads of little things that are useful and super cheap. If you enjoy shopping, visit poundstretcher because you get good value. I got a small sanitizer 100ml for £0.15. No one can beat that price. Check the dates for food items, can be short shelf-life.
No fresh food available.
Has bathroom/pet/cleaning/stationary/party(paper plates etc)/household items. Staff are cool.

Shop feels very dark and dirty but you can get a bargain.

Closing down sale with bargains galore. Bought a lot of bedding and two duvets for 35 pound.

Great prices. Good quality items. I love this shop and whenever I see one, even if I don't need anything, will go for a look around inside. Very happy with some of the Halloween and every day decorational items. Unfortunately I must criticise this pound stretcher the way I would any and that is in the fact that they are understaffed. I understand that this may not be the most wonderful place to work, but the lack of observation often leaves things where they shouldn't be as I see it a common theme here for customers or their children to select an item and leave it where it shouldn't be.

There are barely any staff walking around or available to help and often queues to checkout can be long. Every Poundstretcher I've been in is often crowded. This isn't their fault but just something to note for those who don't like bumping into people or things.
