B&M Store

Love going in to B&M, albeit i usually end up leaving with more than what I intended to get. But I find that makes each visit so pleasant. Staff are nice, well stocked store and parking garage is just in front, with a lift.

Great customer service unfortunately the layout of the store seems so crowded and not much room when coming in and out it feels a bit confusing.

Check you receipt before you leave the store....I was charged 5.49 for one tin of dog food !!! My receipt 29218.

Trying to squeeze a store like this into such a small unit is foolish. The aisles are too small and crowded to easily navigate the store. During busy times it is notably claustrophobic and takes a considerable effort to leave the store. I would not want to see an emergency during these busy times. A good value store with polite, pleasant staff that are doing their best in a difficult situation. Relocate within the town to a larger store. You would greatly increase trade, be able to create more jobs and would receive five stars. I won't be the only customer that has given up and left because the cramped conditions make it too unpleasant to stay.

Pretty well stocked after the holidays which was good, but they've move everything around!

Love this shop it's huge and full of bargains and the staff are happy and helpful

My fave place to go. Always lots of products at fav prices. The store is well stocked and has ample parking out front. Always clean and tidy with staff always on hand to help out of needed. Very friendly and always willing to help with bigger item you may need help getting to the car
