My wife went to this branch (Dover) and said she received excellent service. She said the staff were friendly and helpful. She was particularly happy with the help she received from Mason. He went out not his way to look for extra stock of a particular item she wanted. Thank you Mason as she is very happy with the items she purchased.

I paid a quick visit to this shop today. I was pleased because I found several items that I needed. The shop has a wide range of goods such as household products, stationery, toys etc. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Really like this shop. It's clean, spacious and staff are helpful. Usually has everything I need and reasonably priced. Well worth a visit.

Just want to say thank you to the store assistant who went out of her way to check the instructions for the use of the stay cool fruit mat for pets. It works so simply and the cat has taken possession of it so I'll be back for one for the dog.

One of my favourite shops in Dover. You'll find anything for your household especially for a really good price. Clearance is amazing love it.
Alwo the quality of the products are very good.
Staff are nice and friendly but you will find some staff not much helpful or just bored. Guess it's the life of retail.
Anyway I definitely recommend this shop.
