Ordered items, but they sent the wrong items & refused to change them - citing the items were “assorted” despite the fact that nowhere on the website described the items as assorted & they’re advertised individually. They’ve said if I want a refund/ exchange I have to return to store - when the whole point was I ordered online & paid for delivery to avoid going to the store 🤷🏻♀️ Then when they sent me the review link - I said what happened & they refused to publish it! Shocking behaviour! Won’t be shopping here anymore!
