B&M Home Store with Garden Centre

Went today. Last time I visited there was a wheelchair I could borrow. I am disabled and struggle to walk far. Instead of enjoying my shopping trip, I was in pain, struggling to stand and couldn't look at everything I wanted to. Also the store needs a deep clean as it feels grubby.

Loved it here staff were friendly and helpful lots of nice things I could spend all day in here 😀

Fabulous service. A member of staff named Martin helped me find something I was searching for. He even went to check the price. (Which was reduced ). Bargain. Well presented store too

One of the large B&Ms with an outside garden department plenty of stock in all the shop just like all the other B&M stores the staff are always polite and helpful. Well worth a visit for whatever you want.

What can I say? I went in with money and came out with not a lot left but all the goodies my mind and heart said I needed. Sooooo many bargains under one roof.

Big store, we nearly got what we were looking for despite asking one lady of staff it was too much trouble to guide or tell us the price of an item that had no label on the shelf.
when I asked the price I was abruptly told to go to customer service they will tell you..
I was telling the cashier and she knew exactly who I was on about.She has had numerous complaints but nothing is never done.musy be one of the managers favourites..

Surely the place to visit if you love shopping on any kind of a budget !! Staff @ The Wolstanton branch of B&M are fabulous, helpful and knowledgeable!!

Very disorganized and staff are not very helpful. Non of the prices match on the shelves and quite a lot of broken items on the shelves.
