I love this shop the staff (Donna and hayley) was so nice to my son who as autism and other disabilitys they made us feel so welcome in the shop and was chatting with him and he was so nice to see him having a conversation and them taking time to make him feel so welcome I will be coming back to this shop and enjoying buying nice gifts for my family so a very big thank-you xx

Good time shop.

Went in at 20 past 5, granted yes they close at half 5. Precisely, half 5 so yea I shouldn’t feel like I can’t have a walk around. I’ve worked in retail I know what it’s like for customers taking their time at closing time. I only walked in and was told “just to let you know we close in a few minutes” yea in 10 minutes. The looks they gave each other when I was friendly enough made me feel uncomfortable so I’ve walked out not spent a penny and won’t be returning. Perhaps you should get some better staff who welcomes customers rather than standing their pulling faces. Sorry for YOUR inconvenience! I apologise for wanting to spend my money in your store, which won’t be happening now!

I'm an arts & craft junkie & shop here all the time. Everyone in this Stationary is so kind, professional and helpful. This is by far my fave Stationary. Not come across one like this in yrrrs. Everything is clean, tidy, the prices are just right and the service outstanding. I am grateful and thankful for all who work there. I highly recommend The Works to everyone. <3
