The Original Factory Shop

Good shop. Has a bit of everything. Always like to pop in whenever I'm passing.

Nice little shop with a bit of everything for everyone. Shame the staff were a bit rude. Being deaf and relying on lip reading is difficult especially as I'm not from the area. I showed my university I.d for student discount but it was denied due to not having another card (I'm assuming some kind of loyalty card?) Tried to enquire what it was, but staff could not be bothered to explain when I could not hear them and just repeated "you don't have it so you can't have discount"
Shame really...
It's a good job that these two ladies don't represent the rest of (the extremely friendly) people of North Wales.

Excellent customer service at the shop at Pwllheli today. Think she was the manager we dealt with. We bought a small garden table and 2 chairs, small scratch on the chairs. She immediately, looked to find and check 2 more chairs. Excellent customer service thank you .

They have so many different things in there. Always a good option

The staff are friendly and helpful. However I do not shop there often as I have a lot of clothes and I am trying to make them last.

Shop good .sales assistant not so.when I got home gave my mother the PJ's that I'd brought for her .had big tag on £10.00 was charged £12.00 so need to go back .I suppose I shld have checked myself but I'd already purchased a lot of items paid for them then paid for mom's separate.
I know it's a till prob but surely tags and till shld be checked to make sure they tally . It's a round trip of 18 miles to go back ,it's not the miles but the time it takes to go back when it shldnt have happened in first place.oh my I sound a proper moaner I'm not really I just get annoyed when I'm overcharged .price tag is big so can't really be missed. Update next daytook tags back lad was so apologetic .

Great shop pity a lot of things are expensive for what they are. But you can get a bargain if you look.
