The Original Factory Shop

I visited the Original Factory Shop in Caldicot for the first time on 23rd January 2019. I felt a very comfortable and welcoming ambience as I entered the store: the staff were very friendly and helpful and I did feel very welcome shopping here. I intended to just browse, but I needed to buy a new eyebrow pencil and some chews for my dogs. I was pleasantly surprised that the eyebrow pencil only cost me £1. I was impressed with the quality and the range of products in stock, most especially the wide range of products designed for our furry friends. I also enjoyed browsing throughout the household section. I shall definitely return: I finally found a basket that I liked to replace my old dirty washing basket when I move to my new home. Shelagh, who served me was very helpful and informative. I found her really friendly and very professional and efficient but extremely approachable. I really enjoyed my browsing experience in the Original Factory Shop that day.

Good range of stock and good on price.

No holiday would be the same without a visit to the crazy golf course. Well maintained and great fun. Everything is cleaned with disinfectant regularly which gives us peace of mind.

It's a factor shop, you sort of get what you expect from a place like this.
