Don't get me wrong here, I like this store they have some great bargains and staff are polite. BUT those headsets they are all wearing have become a way of just chatting to their colleagues and ignoring their customers who do not understand if they are talking to them or you. The other day the lady on the checkout was totally ignoring customers and chatting to her colleagues about her bad back. This I find is extremely rude.
