I was not impressed some things was not checked saw some out of date things and at the till offers were not always taken off the original price etc I was charged £4 for a product and on offer for£1. I did not notice at first but it would have cost more in petrol to return so left it but not going there again

Been going here a while now, And while the stock and offers are actually Great, The customer service is just unbelievably bad. Other than 2 members of staff, Whenever I'm being served I NEVER get a hello, A thank you, A smile, any sort of communication in fact just nothing. Ive been coming here for years and its like they receive next to no training on how to treat customers. Great products, Terrible service

Good variety of affordable price foods in various brands and off brands.. good fresh foods and vegetables too. I check this place out regularly, you always find something new and interesting.

Good selling slim fast 5 day meals box for £2.49 great buy.

Another good place to go always different products each week and another place for when your on a budget

Prices have gone ridiculously high. No longer the bargain packed place it used to be.
Since staff have been issued with headsets, they no longer talk to customers. If you get grunted at at the checkouts then it's a bonus.

Constantly over charge ....from a few pence up to £3.00 on one occasion...and they always ask...do you want your receipt....don't ask..just give it us ..its our property once we pay....
Plus the prices have gone wayyyyyy too high...

My wife and I love shopping at heron in bilston and Fallings Park staff attitude to customers is very good
