Budget Wise

Was informed that they would take 15 or 20 p from my account to run a check and it's has taken £20 plus the small payments which was my last remaining bit of money for food. It was probably in the small print somewhere however I feel that it was misleading and the whole reason I was using them in the first place was to secure a loan due to me already being financially short this month anyway.

If you are a fan of approved foidcwebsite, goods out of date but entirely edible this shop is fantastic, really cheap branded foods. Staff are lovely too :)
Think the reviewer that gave it one star has reviewed the wrong shop. There are no "checks " . Store also gives out free carrier bags and accepts contactless Payment 👍🏻

The items sold are very cheap, a few out-of-date (best before) items, but entirely fine to consume. The only downsides so far are two issues: 1. A specific woman cashier who does not mind letting the queuing customers wait while she has a conversation with someone who she knows and seems to forget that she is there to work and not to gossip. And 2. Very recently, a female customer decided that it was perfectly alright to push straight in front of me, just as I was about to place my items on the counter. No apology or anything and the female cashier (a different one) didn't say anything or that she was about to serve me (being the next customer), and there was another couple of customers behind me.

Fab staff. Cheap and cheerful prices. Can't do your whole shop here, but not a supermarket. End of stock and short dates on some lines for cheaper bargain.
