Atmosphere is nice. Service is poor. Had to chase 2x to get drinks, which were more than 36 minutes to arrive. Order was lost and instead of rectifying straightaway, was made to wait another 15 minutes. The staff apologised, explaining that there is not enough barmen, a bit odd. Not coming back.

What a superb tour! Alisha was so knowledgeable and clear with the ton of information about the history and background to the distillery it made the tour the best one I have been on to date. I hadn’t realised just how unique this place was in its heritage. The spirits they produce and the tour experience is not to be missed. Thank you!

Well what can I say....Absolutely Brilliant, loved the tour, Steven was great, funny and extremely knowledgeable. A complementary G and T to kick start it off with Plenty of tasters too boot. All the staff (Phil, James and Izzy) made the experience wonderful. Would highly recommend to anyone. Many thanks.

Absolutely fantastic and educational tour. Fascinating to hear about the grain to glass production. Our tour guide was Mitchell who was charasmatic and hilarious, if a little lefty!
He connected with each of the tour attendees and answered questions diligently and with so much confidence and made gin exciting.

Generous samples and a great hour spent in Oxford.

I've been before and Mitchell is a great asset and I'm looking forward to gifting friends with this tur.

Fantastic.

Absolutely fantastic experience - both the tour and the drinks we tried. They have a fascinating and inspiring story of how they become one of the very few grain to glass distilleries. No less fascinating are the stories behind the gin recipes. From how they discovered the grain to grow to produce the spirit to the botanicals used in the different gins to how their still was made - incredibly engaging. Our guide was Carmen (I hope I remember her name). She was absolutely super. The place is adorable. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted and asked if we wanted a gin and tonic. Why YES! It doesn't get any better. Now to the gins. I really enjoyed both gins we tried with and without tonic. Both were different, made from different botanicals, but both from the unique neutral spirit from fermenting the unique rye grain.

Had a tour and gin tasting session with Edward… absolutely fantastic speaker and endlessly funny. 100% recommend if you’re visiting the area even if you’re not particularly a gin drinker.
