Sales man emails me out of the blue, I reply saying I want to pay less and down grade and shockingly not had a response yet.
Also forgot to add my car was washed and "cleaned" after the service.

Jas went above and beyond to find everything I wanted, a beautiful unique Mercedes A class Premium Plus Night Ed with a panoramic roof!
He has a lot of patience and was attentive at all times during face to face appointments, over the phone and through emails and regularly kept me up to date.
He treated me and my family with a lot of respect and everything was just so blissful, a time didn’t go by where we didn’t stop smiling/laughing because he made us so comfortable which just shows that he is the glue that brings everyone together at Mercedes-Benz of Wolverhampton.
I would (and already have) recommended Jas to people I know. I will definitely be a returning customer for sure.

From start to finish, from initial phone call booking in to dropping car in on Tuesday, everyone was friendly and totally accommodating.
Booked in for diagnosis of all warning lights on dash. Was advised by Charlie in service they were extremely busy but would look at the car as soon as they could. Dropped off and left with them. Even this was a great experience as I had a toddler in tow, thought it was going to be a nightmare but with a waiting lounge designed for adults and little people I had no need to worry.
Phone call at lunch time to advise what the issue was. Explained thoroughly what they had found in the workshop with even a video link sent to me whilst vehicle was on the ramp (nice touch 😊) Then call at 3pm to say all done. I was expecting an extortionate bill considering they had the car all day. Much to my surprise not only had they replaced what was needed but it was very reasonable too!
Had it not been for the very knowledgeable Charlie in service, I could have ended up with hundreds of £’s worth of invoice. I wouldn’t have been any the wiser.
To summarise, honest, reliable, reasonable and accommodating dealership. Friendly staff. Highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you to Charlie and the team!
