Not every little helps, is that all that waste and still 3 hours to be unloaded worst DC in the country

Some staff are very helpful (Chris on desk - 6 May 22) Other staff - useless. Be prepared for a long wait, even if your on time. Don't ask any questions on the front desk which might be difficult as you are 'branded' confrontational and, although denied, are definitely delayed on the bay.

Welcome to Tesco. Company who seem to have bizarre Health and Safety produres and implements when this suits them. Can't get the staff and causes waiting time to increase. Be quicker to self tip

Not good if your supply driver. You are expected to sit in a crowded waiting room because obviously COVID is all over now, even though numbers are climbing, this place is one of the reasons why. Management here need to take a look at how other depots across the country, are doing all they can to keep drivers safe.

Just off the A38 in Fradley Park. Automated booking in system. Good unloading staff are OK. Facilities are OK and good wee coffee machine. Very large site and busy health and safety paramount. Good one way system enforced

Usual Tesco , very slow , 1/2 hour before time to be let in then sit in shabby room for 2 hours or more before they start tipping , one desk guy has serious bad attitude , rest try there best , shame Tesco is allways the worst place to get tipped . Shame but they will never change as they think they are the only place that matters

Very hit and miss here. Can be ok at times and out in around 1 hr. But can be up to 3hr some times. Strict on booking times max 1hr prior to your time. Change over is 14.00 so don't expect anything to happen between 13.30 and 14.30.

Surprised Banksy went to all the trouble of building Dismaland when he could have simply just swapped the signs on this place.
Great place to deliver if you are happy, upbeat and having a great day, yet rather wished to have every ounce of positivity sucked from your soul, and then have plenty of time to enjoy your new found misery.
That moment you pass through the gate leaving is something you will cherish for many years to come.
