New signage at the front has revamped the visual look. Wayne's Hatch continues to waft bacon scents over the whole car park so feel the need for a fry up upon arrival. Good amount of products and a good selection of discounts if you look hard enough

Big store, very well stocked. There are clean toilets at the back of the store for customers who j is very helpful. Good sized car park. Wayne's food van outside is great too 👍

My visit was OK I got what I wanted. Nice helpful staff roundabout to ask what aisles I needed to be looking at. My reason for five stars the self service checkouts are card payments only and only one person on the assisted checkouts and if someone as a trolley full if you don't want to queue the only alternative is self service. Nice big car park I think it should be dog friendly because I probably would have had a better look around had I not left my two tiny babies in the car it's something I don't like doing plus the fact they don't like to be left on their own. Animals are far better behaviour than children screaming up and down the aisles.

Store is well organised and staff helpful.

Parent and child parking at the front is a god send and avoids crossing a busy car park.

I came for click and collect which was a very simple process

Large selection of DIY materials and tools. With helpful staff on hand to provide advice or to help you find your item. This B&Q provides a cross cutting service, please be kind and work out what you need and provide a sketch of the cuts needed.

Went again today for a tube of silicone and sink unblocker came to £11.70 . Staff were very helpful, but these prices are ridiculous sort it out B&Q

Ordered click n collect at store . Items was there but 1 was damaged. But the member of staff swapped it no problem.
