A great little family business stocking a huge range of stuff at reasonable prices. Just ask if you can't find what you need in the front room - the store extends all the way to the very back. Helpful friendly staff always on hand to answer questions and help locate the tool for the job.

A true gem. There are other DIY shops nearby, most of which are owned by big brands. Nothing wrong with that but, what sets Shaun's apart, aside from the huge range (it's a deceptively large shop) is the service. I've never had any hassle on the rare occasions I needed to return something. Ever tried to return an item to B&Q? Forget it. The service from the team is also second to none. If they don't know, there's usually a trades person or knowledgeable customer on hand to give advice. I've Shaun take in a fan heater from an elderly customer, fix it at no charge and keep smiling. What a gent! His prices are great, too.

Went in to look for a wall bracket. Asked the man at the door, instantly taken to what I needed, bought it and was gone in a minute. Later, that same day, realising that I needed something else, I went back to the store and the same thing happened. Great service, quick, no fuss.

Also they look abundantly stocked up on tonnes of items so can't recommend the store enough.

Very well stocked local community hardware shop, which provides for all the needs of small professional builders, private individuals or householders. All staff are very helpful and knowledgeable of stock availability and I've found prices to be competitive.

I got what I wanted, however pretty sure I got ripped off. My items didn't have any price tag on them and for 5 small items I paid almost £30. He did the maths briefly out loud and there was no item breakdown on the receipt. Sounds like a major rip off to me

My Favourite DIY shop in East Dulwich. Im always popping in here for advice, bits for DIY projects and they guys are super helpful. They go above and beyond and have an excellent range of products I haven't found elsewhere. The prices are a lot more reasonable too!

Great shop! Staff are always friendly and happy to help.
Surprisingly large inside too, they've always had what we needed.
