B&Q Canterbury

B&Q staff always so friendly and helpful. I like that they tend to employ older people with some life experience and not just clueless school leavers like some retailers favour.

It's been a while since using this branch, and a lot has changed. Very tidy, friendly checkout. I got what I needed without any trouble. Win, win.

Gone downhill since it sold half its store to aldi sadly. And the prices of every day items have increased a lot, so its now cheaper to use other local stores

Great store. Usually has everything you need. Prices are competitive.

Plants and garden stuff as well as building stuff and plumbing things
Large store bright and airy.
Staff can be helpful if you ask right questions

Mixed feelings. On the whole it does the job. The downsizing of the physical space had resulted in taller shelves and narrower isles. I went to look for a bath bit sadly, like so many stores now, they are not in display leaving me to order and just hope it is ok.

Great place to buy but some staff not customers friendly

I had to change an item, Lauren went out of her way to help us, great customer service

I wish B&Q would do the same layout at B&Q Thanet ,B&Q Thanet is in need of a big makeover ASAP .
