Bought kitchen cupboards, no hinges. Went back none in stock. Have to wait over 3 wks for them to come. Dissapointed

Rubbish, every item I went in for they never had. Waste of time.

Superb store. Lots of choice and the woman that served us on the till was amazing. She advised us to use the clubcard to get discount and £5 off. We visited again the next day as we had such a good experience.

Lots of choice. Huge store on one level along with an equally sized car park. Easy to access. Near other retailers. Store is clean and tidy with good displays. If I was honest, I find B&Q on the pricey side but they stock the dowel our son likes so it is worth going that little bit out of our way. Staff are generally OK aside from a few unfriendlies. Lady at the checkout yesterday, Gill, was lovely. One male member of staff was less than welcoming and there was no reaction to my smile or greeting. He may have been having a bad day. The store has never been overly busy when we have visited which suits us really well.

Handy for picking up items needed for project but the range of products is getting less and less

I had bought a new oven and hob on click and collect. The girl I saw dropped what she was doing to help me. It was so easy. I had also wanted to pick up some nuts and bolts for work while I was there but the range was pitiful. I tried another local motor spares retailer and they were even worse so fair play, if places don't stock it its because Mr average doesn't buy it.
