I have been using this shop for number of years. Staff are very knowledgeable and polite and helpful especially Karolina, Tomek, and Leszek.
Those guys will ask you what you are looking for , direct you to the right place , ask if you have all the tools needed and show them to you.
My experience from the shop is and will be remembered. Also I have to say the product and materials are priced well. So no overcharge as other high street shops.
Always its great to be back over there .100% recommendable to my all my friends and customer.

Popped in this morning for a few basic items as planning on freshening up the bathroom and hallway over the w/e. Roller and tray, paint brush and 2 tins of brilliant white silk matt and satinwood. The guy who served me was surly and uncommunicative and was super reluctant to offer me any form of customer service. When I remembered I needed some sand paper he just pointed in the direction of wherever it was. When I returned empty handed, he did not even bother to find out why? I left the store wishing I hadn't bothered popping in and vowed never to return but to wait until their competitors round the corner are open. Lovely, local, handy and well-stocked decor centre let down on this occasion by an indifferent, rude, unhelpful individual who clearly didn't want to to serve me. I wonder why?
