B&Q Ashford

Looks like they have had a refurbishment to the store, I like it. Looks good and stylish. Easier to find entrance and exit with the big circle with arrow sowing you where to go. Floor set up has not changed much since the last I was there. Lots of in season products on sale

Drove to Ashford as in Cantenbury our stones been out of stock. Arrived to store to see that the stones which are on the shelf are much darker then one we had from them already. Luckily they had a pallete with the right colour, just one shelf above so asked for a help and I was told they can't help me untill their will be no stock on bottom shelf. Asked for the manager as was hoping they will be able to help the customer but nope. Waited over 20 minutes and left the store..

Nice store, a lot.of choices but poor customer service. No willingness to help, management show no respect to customer

Visited store today, 03/09/2022 @ 11am

Had some paint mixed, the staff were very nice and then helped me pick out the correct primer. It was a quick and easy trip however the self service tills were card only and there was a long queue for a manned till.

Went in to get some bits to do up my front room today, including lamp shades. Found one I liked, but I needed two and there was only one! So, I popped down to customer services to ask if they had any more anywhere else. There were two guys there and I asked if they had any more of these lamp shades. One guy responded with “everything that’s out is what we’ve got”. The other guy came straight across and scanned the lamp shade to check what they had. He then said they had 9 in stock and proceeded to hunt them down and fetch one for me that was up on a high shelf! It took him about 5-10 minutes to do this all for me, it was very kind of him. I think the guy that helped was called Alistair. He was very helpful and a great example of fantastic customer service. Thanks again!

Nice store with friendly and helpful staff. Huge stock. Generally easy to find what you're looking for, particularly if you've noted the aisle number for an item given on their website.

Went in for some shelf brackets, found them straight away. Paid quickly at self service till. On site less than 5 minutes. Well happy :)

Its a large B&Q... not much else to say. Plenty of parking out front but the approach can get gummed up with traffic queuing for the Ashford Outlet Mall. Worth checking the map/satnav for approaches or exit via the side roads.

I have been here quite a few times. The products sold are extremely of good quality for the money you spend. They have a huge free parking and a small restaurant in the parking. I would like to visit for any further requirements at home.
