B&Q Stroud

Not impressed with the policy on patio gas. Even with an empty cylinder to exchange they would not sell me the gas. I need to have a contract with them, they aren't allowing new contracts. Took my business elsewhere. Nowhere else I've been requires a contract for a gas bottle exchange.

After shopping here for for 20 years I won't come back.
Returning 10 litres of paint because there is a hole in the container which has ruined the contents shouldn't be met with the rudeness I just experienced from the member of 'decor'. She needs to learn some personal skills.

Bought a parrosol base. Member of staff carried out to car as very heavy. Friendly and helpful. Downside only one choice of base. On website more to choose from but not available in store.

I found the store to be clean & well stocked. The staff were very pleasant & helpful. They had some items on sale.
Will he again.

Click and collect used but not enough staff on duty when I arrived only two tills open
No one on trade point desk
No one at collection desk
30 mins waiting to collect what I'd already paid for
Eventually I found a young chap from trade point who quickly found my goods and got me on my way
But really under staffed on front end lots of people waiting and the two young people who were there just could not do anymore they were already flat out
The are GOLD STARS one each for the only three staff I saw serving the customers

Can't say a bad thing really. Always got what I need and the staff are pleasant

Yet again terrible experience with these self service tills.
You have to manage heavy items on your own and rude and unhelpful staff make the whole experience awful
Why did I go back?

We came to get something to help unblock our drain. We stayed because we had so much fun looking through the kitchen and bathroom section and designing our fantasy B&Q house in our minds eye. We had such a crazy fun time doing so, we almost forgot the plunger.
