Really helpful and friendly staff! Fantastic, old-fashioned hardware/DIY store. Amazing range of stuff, from timber and whole doors to the hardest to find nut, bolt or fixing! Today I went in with a list of little things to sort out. I had a couple photos of things I didn't know how to fix (door handles with weird screws) and they helped me sort everything out! They also have tools, power tools and all the domestic and garden supplies you could want. I'm so pleased I live just round the corner!

This amazing local DIY shop has everything a person might need. If they don't have it, you can be sure they will get it for you. Staff so knowledgeable about every aspect of their extensive business. I've always left with the best product for the job I am hoping to complete. I feel lucky they are in walking distance from where I live.

Always a friendly customer service. Very delightful to be a customer. Very large selection of a hugh range of tools and accessories which are visibly on display as apose to searching for hours on end in catalogs such as screwfix or toolstaion. Prices are fair, slight higher then the forsaid compaines, but your dont mind at all as your paying a very well run indepdent buisness rather than superchain which never has what you want in stock. Aka. Screwfix.

Needed a gas regulator for BBQ, both types in stock. Owner happy for me to bring it back if it didn't fit.
No queues no wondering about looking for stuff, in and out in five minutes.

Fine example of a local DIY store. All those little bits and pieces that are so hard to find in Homebase. And you can buy individual items rather than having to buy a pack. Helpful staff too.

I've been a handful of times only but on each occasion the staff has been helpful and thankfully have been able to find what I was looking for.

This place is a real local gem, they always have what you need and really listen to you to help of you don't know what you need. They cut glass, if you have broken a picture frame glass. Really the most useful shop around here.
