B&Q Boston

First time visiting this B&Q very nicely layed out. Staff very helpful and pleasent, there was no queuing at checkouts which was a pleasure. The garden area had lots of flowers to look at, and they were kept watered which was good. Bought some plant's for the garden. Will recommend to others.

Haven't been for a while but today I found several empty shelves and different brands of what I was looking for were out of stock. To be fair I did find a clearance item of what I was after so saved a few pounds but disappointing. Also discovered they've adopted the dreaded self scanning system. What a pain. Didn't work properly and someone still has to stand there and help you with it anyway. They might as well sit at a till like they used to. That's progress for you. Maybe I'm just old but why don't any of these big businesses actually want to serve you any more?

Friendly staff and nearly everything you need for home DIY.

Good size store with decent stock level. Car park is big and spacious on one level and access into store suitable for wheelchairs .
Staff were very helpful and pleasant when I returned unused paint for a refund . Would recommend .

Went for a bathroom renovation meeting, the lovely Ainsley did a great job with 2 undecided people. Will be back for the survey now.

Well laid out and tidy store. Good stock levels. Helpful staff. The self checkouts appeared a little tempramental during my most recent visit. Use the traditional checkouts if you have age-restricted products for a faster exit.

Always friendly staff, happy to help if needed. And do grab some bargains if I catch it right. Well set out store and easy access as well.

Went in to look at kitchens, very little on display and just a few samples. Staff ignored us although they were just chatting.
