And they even have a cafe next to them for anything from a light snack to a heavy duty lunch

I use the Christchurch inexcess at least once a week but after this mornings experience I will never use an inexcess store again. After waiting for over five minutes to be served at the screws and nuts & bolts counter Tom or Tim turned up I asked him which bolts I would need to fix a gate wheel to my front gate. His answer was I dunno mate I'm only part time. A little taken aback by his answer and attitude I said ok that's a sale you have just lost and I left the shop. I myself work in a supermarket and would never speak to a customer with a couldn't care less attitude like he had my wife and myself use the Christchurch and the Parley garden centre quite a lot but as of today we won't be setting foot inside them ever again. I am sixty four years old and was brought up to respect and talk to people in a way that I expect to be spoken to. I think you need to look at your training plan and include manners and attitude in it . I was not the only customer he was rude to he was also rude to a partly sighted lady.

Lots of useful stuff at good prices.

This morning I called into the Landford Garden Centre and purchased about 16 loads of compost, grit, and manure. The young man who served me selected all of the items whilst I went in and paid for them. Nothing was too much trouble, and he even loaded all of the bags into my Land rover for me. Really good service. Thank you

Ordered some gravel for delivery, Richard the delivery driver was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. A credit to your company.
